WORK & PROCESS

How is your work made?  
All my work is hand thrown and built by me. Each piece is individually crafted and items are generally one-offs or produced in very small multiples. The processes I use naturally create some irregularity and these are not considered flaws, but part of the unique nature of each item. 

Do you make custom orders?  I occasionally work to order, please use the contact form to let me know your idea and requirements and I’ll get back to you with feasibility, timings and an idea of cost. Please note, commissions and special requests have a turnaround of about a month.

How often do you update your shop?  
I  update my shop every month or so. If you would like a reminder of shop updates and information about new work and particular seasonal items, please subscribe to my newsletter at the bottom of this page.

Do you sell wholesale to stockists?  I occasionally accept small batch wholesale orders and I am always interested in finding stockists for my work. Please get in touch via my contact form and I will get back to you.

 

BUYING & DELIVERY

What forms of payment do you accept? Payment is accepted by Debit Card, Credit Card, Paypal and Apple Pay through this website. Payment must be made at the time of purchase. Orders will be held until payment clears. Please contact me if you are experiencing any difficulties.

What happens after I place my order?
 I aim to process orders within 24 hours. I will send you a confirmation email once your order has posted.


How are items posted?
 Postage is free throughout the UK. Postage is by First Class Royal Mail and I aim to process orders so that items arrive with you within 3-5 days. If timing is urgent, please let me know and I can use special delivery (which will be a little extra on the cost of the item).

Do you accept international orders? No, I don’t currently send work beyond the UK.

Do you accept returns? All items are packaged securely and carefully using eco friendly materials. In the unlikely event of items being damaged in the post, please get in touch for a refund.

Availability of items If something you want has been sold, please get in touch and I can make or reserve the item for you in my next firing. Please note, special requests have a turnaround of approximately 4 weeks.
